第24回国際墨画会展 閉会しました

6月11日より国立新美術館にて開催しておりました「第24回国際公募 国際墨画会展」は、6月23日に盛況のうちに閉会いたしました。

会期中は連日多くの方にご来場いただき、最終的な入場者数は1万人を超える結果となりました。

今年は特に海外からのお客様の姿が多く見受けられ、熱心に作品をご鑑賞くださるご様子が大変印象的でした。

19日にはオウズハン・エルトゥールル駐日トルコ大使も来場されました。

（国際墨画会の通学コースにて講師資格を取得し、今展覧会にも出品されたセルカンさんとゼイネップさんとご一緒に）

また、土日に実施いたしました水墨画の体験コーナーも大変ご好評をいただき、全回満席となる盛況ぶりでした。短時間ではありますが、ご参加くださった皆さまに水墨画を楽しんでいただけたなら何よりです。

あらためて、ご出品くださった皆さま、ご来場くださった皆さま、そして展覧会運営に携わってくださったすべての関係者の皆さまに、心よりお礼申し上げます。

なお、来年6月に開催予定の「第25回国際公募 国際墨画会展」の募集要項につきましては、2025年10月以降に国際墨画会の公式ウェブページにて公開予定です。

The 24th International Sumi-e Exhibition Has Concluded

The “24th Exhibition of the International Sumi-e Association,” held at The

National Art Center, Tokyo starting from June 11, concluded successfully on

June 23.

Throughout the exhibition period, we welcomed a large number of visitors

daily, with the total visitors exceeding 10,000. This year, we were especially

delighted to see so many people from overseas. Their earnest appreciation

of the artworks left a strong impression.

On the 19th, Mr. Oğuzhan Ertuğrul, Ambassador of Turkey to Japan, also visited the

exhibition. (with Serkan-san and Zeynep-san, both of whom have obtained instructor

certification through our Association.)

The weekend sumi-e trial workshops were also met with enthusiastic

responses, with every session reaching full capacity. Though brief, we are

pleased all participants enjoyed the experience of sumi-e painting.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all visitors, everyone who

exhibited their works, and every individual involved in supporting the

exhibition.

Details about the “25th Exhibition of the International Sumi-e Association,”

scheduled for June next year, will be announced in our official website after

October 2025.
