第25回国際公募国際墨画会展 閉会

6月10日より22日まで国立新美術館にて開催しておりました「第25回国際公募 国際墨画会展」は、11,000人を超えるご来場をいただき、盛況のうちに閉会いたしました。

第25回という節目を迎えた今回は、17の国と地域から寄せられた個性あふれる作品を展示することができました。また、会期中の土日に開催した水墨画無料体験コーナーは各回とも大変好評で多くの方にご参加いただき、海外からのお客様にも水墨画の魅力を楽しんでいただくことができました。水墨画を通じた国際文化交流という当会の目的を、あらためて実感する展覧会となりました。

展覧会へご出品くださいました皆さまをはじめ、会場へ足をお運びくださった皆さま、遠方より表彰式・祝賀会へご参加くださいました皆さま、そして展覧会運営に携わってくださったすべての関係者の皆さまに、心よりお礼申し上げます。

なお、来年6月開催予定の「第26回国際公募 国際墨画会展」の募集要項は、2026年10月以降に国際墨画会公式ウェブサイトにて公開予定です。

The 25th International Sumi-e Association Exhibition, held at The National Art Center, Tokyo from June 10 to June 22, concluded with great success, welcoming more than 11,000 visitors.

Marking this memorable 25th edition of the exhibition, we were honored to present a wide variety of distinctive works submitted from 17 countries and regions.

In addition, our complimentary Sumi-e Experience Corner, held on weekends throughout the exhibition, was enthusiastically received at every session.

We were delighted to welcome many participants, including visitors from overseas, and to share the beauty and spirit of Sumi-e with people from around the world.

The exhibition truly embodied our mission of promoting international cultural exchange through the art of Sumi-e.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who exhibited their works, visited the exhibition, traveled from near and far to attend the Award Ceremony and Celebration Party, and to all those whose dedication and support made this exhibition possible. Details about the “26th Exhibition of the International Sumi-e Association,” scheduled for June next year, will be announced in our official website after October 2026.We look forward to your entries!
